Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy for NÄRA Balance, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging, in the same condition that you received it.

Please include a note inside your return with your name and order number. A handwritten note is perfectly acceptable. Please do not attach the note directly to the product.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how to return your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and make it right.


Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original item. Once your return has been accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement product.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Subscription Orders

If you have purchased NÄRA Balance as a subscription, you may cancel future deliveries at any time through your customer account or by contacting hello@narabalance.com before your next billing date.

Please note that subscription orders that have already been processed or dispatched cannot be cancelled, but unopened products may still be eligible for return under this policy.


Multi-Buy & Bundle Offers

If you return an item that formed part of a multi-buy offer or bundle discount, your refund may be adjusted to reflect the standard price of any items you choose to keep.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened or used pouches.
  • Products with broken safety seals.
  • Products that have been damaged through misuse or improper storage.
